Description
These are walking tours for individuals or small private groups (up to 4 people) to enjoy photographing some of the best London locations. An opportunity to take great photographs of popular landmarks in the city but also to discover London street life, getting surprised by the light, architecture and to develop the sense of awareness to see the unseen. We will also cover basic photography concepts to get the most of this passionate art.
There are no previous photography requirements for the tours. These tours are for people who would like to explore London with camera in hand to enjoy and share a unique street photography experience. We will flexible managing our cameras in manual mode to have more creativity options getting the most of our equipment capabilities but also exploring the semi-automatic modes.
Tour prices are calculated per person on private bookings of maximum four people:

What is and isn’t included
✅ 3 hours (approx.) walking tour in one of the available slots: Morning (9:00-12:00), Afternoon (13:00-16:00) or Evening (17:00-20:00).
✅ This is a walking activity but depending of the itinerary, weather or other conditions we may be using the public underground transport (tube) to move quickly to visit other locations (the cost is included in the tour).
✅ Photography concepts introduction.
✅ We include a hot drink (coffee/tea) to have a break and discuss about the photographs taken.
❌ Please note that you have to bring your own photographic equipment, a digital DSLR/Mirrorless camera will be ideal but you can also use your smartphone.
✅ But you will be able to try additional equipment: new generation mirrorless cameras with different lenses and accessories like tripods, filters….
✅ Languages: English or Spanish.
❌ Please note that no other Food/Drinks/Meals are included in the tours.
❌ Please note that no other transportation is included in the tours: like taxi, airport/hotels pickups, etc.
Itinerary – Departure & Return
The itinerary will start and finish from a location in central London (zone 1) and it will be adapted as much as possible to your preferences, weather conditions, accessibility needs, etc. We will contact you after the booking to arrange and confirm departure and return locations.
In our itinerary route we will also consider interesting variables for photography that might be happening during our walk, like river tides, sun and moon trajectory/visibility and any interesting public events happening in the city. In street photography the planning always help us to increase the chances to take unique photos but we will also enjoy the experience when leaving some room for unexpected surprises.
Additional information and policies
- Minimum booking age is 18 years. The parents or adults attending the tour with minors will take full responsibility of them during the tour.
- Please be aware of in these walking tours we can expect to walk an average of 8 Km/ 5 miles.
- The weather conditions in London can change quickly so bring appropriate cloth and gear for the occasion.
- The persons attending these tours are responsible for both their personal and equipment insurance – any accident, injury or loss must be claimed against their own insurance, any participants will be attending these tours at their own risk. Our liability does not extend to any accident, injury, equipment damage/loss which might happen during the tour.
- Payment of the tours fees constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions which apply under English law.
Cancellation policy
- For a full refund you will need to contact us (info@londonphototour.com) to cancel with a minimum of 7 days before the starting date of the tour.
- The tours will go ahead in normal rainy/windy conditions but we can cancel the tour due to very adverse weather. You will be offered a different date or a full refund.
- No refunds will be offered for non-attendance.
- No refunds or changes will be offered on cancellations of less than 1 day.
